🛂 Mandatory Identification & Payment DetailsAll guests are required to provide a valid photo ID and credit card before check-in. This applies to both self check-in and personal check-in. Check-in is not possible without the required information and your reservation may be cancelled without refund. Cancellation and prepayment policies vary depending on the selected accommodation type. Please check the conditions that apply to your chosen option during the booking process.
✅ Check-In & Check-OutSelf check-in is available anytime after 14:00 using your unique access code. The code is sent to you after you complete your guest details via the secure link provided before arrival. If you prefer personal check-in, please inform us at least 4 hours in advance. Personal check-ins are available only until 20:00. Check-out is by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out is possible upon prior request and subject to availability.
🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Number of GuestsThe maximum number of guests per room is indicated in your reservation. Unregistered visitors are not allowed to stay overnight.
👶 Child & Crib PolicyChildren of all ages are welcome at Rooms Koblar. Children aged 4 and above are charged as adults. To see the correct price and room availability, please include the number and ages of children when making a reservation. Cribs for children aged 0–3 are available upon request. Price: €15 per stay (paid at the reservation or paid separately during your visit). No extra beds are available at this property. All crib requests are subject to availability.
🚭 Smoking PolicySmoking is strictly prohibited inside all rooms and indoor areas. Smoking is allowed only on balconies or designated outdoor spaces.
