We offer two booking methods:
Your booking is only confirmed once you accept our offer or complete the checkout process. A confirmation email will follow, and for non-refundable bookings, a payment receipt is included.
Our cancellation and prepayment policies depend on the selected room or rate. Flexible rates usually allow free cancellation up to a certain deadline; non-refundable rates are cheaper but final. Please read the specific terms carefully before booking. When booking directly, you’ll always see the applicable conditions. If your plans change, please contact us as soon as possible—we are happy to help where availability allows.
We process payments securely via SSL encryption. We accept major cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), and certain rates may require card preauthorization or prepayment. If you opt for flexible rates, your card may only be charged in case of late cancellation or no-show. You must agree to our terms at the final booking step to confirm your reservation.
All prices are in EUR and include VAT. While we strive for accuracy, prices and descriptions are subject to change without notice. Photos are indicative and may not fully represent the room or amenities. Check the live booking interface for the most accurate presentation.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse a booking if the provided card is invalid or misused. Any disputes must be resolved amicably; otherwise, they fall under the jurisdiction of the District Court in Koper.
