Check-in is not possible without the required information and your reservation may be cancelled without refund. Cancellation and prepayment policies vary depending on the selected accommodation type.   • ✅ Check-In & Check-OutSelf check-in is available anytime after 14:00 using your unique access code. The code is sent to you after you complete your guest details via the secure link provided before arrival. If you prefer personal check-in, please inform us at least 4 hours in advance. Personal check-ins are available only until 20:00. Check-out is by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out is possible upon prior request and subject to availability.
  • 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Number of GuestsThe maximum number of guests per room is indicated in your reservation. Unregistered visitors are not allowed to stay overnight.
  • 👶 Child & Crib PolicyChildren of all ages are welcome at Rooms Koblar. Children aged 4 and above are charged as adults. To see the correct price and room availability, please include the number and ages of children when making a reservation. Cribs for children aged 0–3 are available upon request. Price: €15 per stay (paid at the reservation or paid separately during your visit). No extra beds are available at this property. All crib requests are subject to availability.
  • 🚭 Smoking PolicySmoking is strictly prohibited inside all rooms and indoor areas. Smoking is allowed only on balconies or designated outdoor spaces.
