The story of Rooms Koblar began in 1962, when our grandparents opened a small local restaurant in Lucija. At first, it was just a modest place for locals, but over the years it grew into one of the most beloved spots in the region – known for its warm hospitality, authentic flavors, and welcoming spirit.
By the turn of the new millennium, the restaurant and guest rooms had become a symbol of tradition and heartfelt hospitality. Yet, as times changed, the restaurant eventually closed its doors.
Today, with Rooms Koblar, we are committed to reviving this tradition – honoring our grandparents and bringing back the warmth, care, and authenticity that once made this house a true home for guests. Step by step, we also aspire to reopen the restaurant, bringing it back to life just as it once was – a place of togetherness, good food, and timeless memories.
A very pleasant stay! The hospitality and services provided by Dragana & Klemen were excellent.
Self check-in was incredibly convenient, and having parking right next to the room was a huge plus. The room was spotless and quiet – perfect for my business trip to Portorož.
I loved how easy it was to walk to Piran. The room had a mosquito net, which was very handy in summer, and a comfortable orthopedic bed.
A great place to relax after a long day at the beach. Fast Wi-Fi and a big TV were perfect for the evenings, and the balcony had a beautiful view of the greenery.
The kitchen in the apartment was fully equipped – I could prepare breakfast and coffee, then enjoy it on the terrace with a garden view.
